Kunal Sharma

Kunal joined this office in March’ 2020 with an experience of over 5 years in Litigation. Kunal started his practice in 2015 in the field of Banking & Finance and remained actively involved in advisory and handling litigation for recovery of loans and investments and represented most of the reputed public and private sector banks and Asset Reconstruction Companies (ARCs) in India. Kunal has also acquired diverse experience in advising clients and handling matters pertaining to Consumer Disputes, Contractual Disputes and Commercial matters.

Apart from regularly appearing in High Court of Delhi and Districts court of Delhi, he has been appearing and representing clients before various Tribunals and Commissions such as State Commission, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, National Company Law Tribunal, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Debts Recovery Tribunal, Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal and Arbitral tribunals amongst others. He has also represented the clients in various civil and commercial suits and criminal matters before the Courts in and around Delhi.
