Abhishek was enrolled as an advocate in 2017 and also holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce. His key focus area is litigation and dispute resolution. He has gained invaluable experience & expertise in drafting pleadings, legal opinions and handling complex litigation and arbitration proceedings.

Abhishek has advised clients from wide range of sectors such as Construction, Infrastructure, Banking and Finance, Education etc in various civil, commercial, criminal and arbitration proceedings.

He has expertise in insolvency law and represents creditors, corporate debtors and resolution applicant in the insolvency proceedings. He has represented clients in arbitration proceedings arising out of construction contracts amongst others.

He regularly appears before the Supreme Court, High Courts, Subordinate Courts and Tribunals.
